Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If it’s been more than 7 days since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Refunds and Returns
Opened Bottles: No refunds.
Unopened Bottles: We accept returns within 7 days if the bottles are unopened and in their original condition.
Important Note: If you have previously returned a product, you cannot return the same product again in future purchases.
We can’t guarantee specific results from our supplements, but we do guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product (details on return shipping below). Remember, individual results may vary due to different factors.
Return Instructions
To process your refund, include a copy of your order number, packing slip, or the email confirmation you received. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your card according to our policy. Note that any discounts from your original order will be subtracted from your refund, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow some time for processing and for the credit to appear on your card.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at {email address}.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. For questions, please call or email us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
